The Ross-Yung Air compressor optimizer can be installed on all ranges of air compressor equipment including our own Bouwa™ range of air compressors. The Ross-Yung Optimizer consist of proven reliability through its use of quality ABB components.

We include a Human Machine Interface (HMI) operator interface for maximum operability with a programable logic controller (PLC) to control all the air compressors selected to be on the system. This operation is a master-slave based rotation depending upon customer requirements i.e. elapsed hours up to one year and rotated on compressor maximum or minimum hours worked.

Included are the following features:

• Each compressor has its own status of pressure set point for load and off-loading
• Each compressor has remote stopping and starting for optimal energy saving.

(This is only applicable per air compressor selected for “remote control” as manual operation will disenable the air compressor set on manual selection from the optimizer.)

• The standard package includes 2 to 8 compressors and is scalable to practical limits.
